The service

kAyphI is an AI chatbot platform that lets you build and run automated agents powered by your own knowledge base. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under it. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

When using kAyphI, you agree not to:

• post or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content,
• abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt our AI endpoints or infrastructure,
• or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Each plan includes its own limits, and your use is subject to them. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

AI-generated content

kAyphI generates responses automatically, and those responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for how you configure your chatbot, for the content it draws on, and for making sure your use complies with the rules of your own industry.

Intellectual property

We own the kAyphI platform, including its software, design, and branding. You own the content you bring to it, including your knowledge base and the material your chatbot draws on. You grant us the rights we need to host and process that content so we can provide the service.

Termination

You can stop using kAyphI at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we need to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, kAyphI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where kAyphI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
