• Contact submissions. If you fill out a contact form, we receive what you send us so we can respond.
• Chat messages. Messages sent to kAyphI-powered chatbots are stored so we can provide the service and improve the quality of responses.
• Usage analytics. We record basic page and chat events to understand how the product is used.
• Payment data. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your card numbers.
• Voice recordings. When you use voice features, audio is transcribed and not retained beyond that processing.

How we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

• provide and improve the service,
• respond to your inquiries,
• send transactional email related to your account,
• and detect and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run kAyphI. Each processes data only as needed to deliver its part of the service.

• Supabase. Database and authentication.
• OpenAI. AI responses, transcription, and speech.
• Stripe. Payment processing.
• Vercel. Application hosting.
• Cloudflare. DNS and bot protection.
• Meta Platforms. Only when you connect a Facebook or Instagram channel.
• Google. Only if you sign in with Google.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use them to sell your data.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us at support@kayphi.com and we will help.

Children

kAyphI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
